MaxLase 1500H / 2000H / 2500H

Air-cooled handheld fiber laser welders. No chiller, no water loop, no 3-phase service — plug into 220V single phase and weld. A 600 g gun, wire feed, and adjustable wobble put production-speed welds on stainless, steel, galvanized sheet, brass and aluminum.

Ideal for

Fabrication, sheet metal, and repair work off the bench

Where the benchtop and pedestal systems are built for jewelry and small precision parts, the H-series goes to the work: railings, enclosures, tanks, frames, kitchen and food-service equipment, signage, and general fab shop repair. Welding runs 6 to 10 times faster than TIG, and the seam usually needs little or no cleanup.

Laser power, wobble frequency and wobble length set right on the gun — then a continuous seam weld, start to finish. Specs shown are for the 2500H.

Compare power levels

One platform. Three power levels.

Higher power means deeper penetration and faster travel on thicker material. Every model shares the same gun, wire feeder, controls and air-cooled design.

What it welds

Materials

Steel & stainless

Stainless, mild steel, carbon steel and galvanized sheet — the everyday fab shop mix.

Brass & aluminum

Fiber wavelength plus wobble handles reflective metals that give TIG operators trouble.

Thin to heavy gauge

Wobble width and power adjust on the gun, so one machine covers sheet work and heavier sections.

Penetration depends on material, joint fit and travel speed. Send us your part and we will confirm the right power level before you buy.

Not sure which power level you need?

Tell us your material and thickness and we will size the right H-series machine, with the same US-based install, training and support as every MaxLase system.
